Questions? We're here to help.

What safeguards do you have in place?

Hygiene Process:
Our staff will maintain strict hygiene practices by donning masks, latex gloves and by sanitising all equipment and work stations with hospital-grade disinfectants.

Fit for Work Guidelines

- Staff must declare all past and future travel plans
- Staff are put on 14 days of Leave of Absence if they have traveled to China recently
- Staff who feel unwell are not allowed to work unless they have received clearance from the doctor
- Departments will have 50% of teams working from home

Am I at risk for coronavirus from a package or products?

"In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets." CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)

The simple answer: most likely not. This means that if the virus is found on a surface, the lifespan is 'in the range of hours,' according to the CDC. What's more, there are currently no cases known to have come from handling packages.

Our advice to customers is to take precautions that they feel are right for them. Drivers can be instructed to leave packages outside your address. Wipe down exterior packaging and product with disinfectant wipes. Throw away packaging and wash your hands.

Can I be assured of the safety of delivery drivers?

All our logistics partners are following hygiene and fit for work guidelines as advised by the MOM (Ministry of Manpower – Singapore). If customers are currently on LOA, we advise that when contacted by drivers for deliveries, please request that the parcels be left in a safe place for you to collect.

Will there be any delays in my delivery?

Singapore

At this time, there are no delivery delays forecast.

International
Currently orders being sent to China and Hong Kong are being delayed due to some cancellation of air services and postal services. We will keep customers advised when shipments will be resumed. Trade shipments to other countries have not been restricted, but there may be delays in customs clearance.
