With the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we understand the worries you may have about your health, safety and the hygiene practices implemented by TWO L(I)PS and our logistics partners. DISCOUNT CODES - HOW TO USE

If you have a valid discount code for a particular offer, please enter the code, and  click the "Apply" button so that your cart is updated to reflect the discount. Please apply discount codes before using Express Checkout or Proceeding with payment.


PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments by Visa, Amex, Diners Club, JCB, Mastercard and Discover and Union Pay, PayPal or Atome (0% interest over 3 instalments).


Payment options can be found in the Payment section, after entering your customer information and shipping details.

By clicking "Credit Card", customers can checkout using Visa, Amex, Diners Club, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. These payments are processed by Checkout.

By clicking "PayPal", customers can checkout using either a PayPal account or simply pay using a Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover or UnionPay card, without needing a PayPal account (simply click the "Pay by Credit or Debit Card" button)

By clicking "Atome", you can purchase items or a service upfront by paying  0% interest over 3 instalments. Atome split the total bill into three equal and interest-free instalments.The first instalment will be paid at the time of your purchase, and the remaining two instalments every 30 days apart. All payment gateways we use are secure. We do not store your credit card details on our website.

ORDERS

- Orders are accepted 24/7. All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm SGT will be fulfilled the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled the following business day.
- For shipping purposes, all customer details and address details must be written in ENGLISH.

When orders are packed and awaiting pick up, you will receive an email with a link and tracking number to track your delivery. Fulfillment and delivery times are indicative only and may vary during peak periods or circumstances beyond our control.

SINGAPORE DELIVERY:

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY OPTION (4-5 business days) FOR ORDERS OVER $50
We currently offer the following delivery methods within Singapore (excluding hotels, PO Boxes, airports or MINDEF camps):

Free local delivery with Ninja

Ninja Van Courier Delivery $7 (TWO L(I)PS Recommended)
Delivery in 2-3 business days. Tracking is available.

Standard Delivery (Ninja) $4
Delivery in 4-5 business days. Tracking is available.

NINJA LOCAL DELIVERY TIMES & ESTIMATES:

- Delivery to home addresses will be between 9am – 10pm Monday to Saturday.
- Delivery to office addresses will be between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
(Please Note: There is no option to choose delivery time slots with this service. There will be no deliveries on public holidays.)

  1. Recipient will receive an SMS from Ninja on the day of delivery.
  2. If recipient is not at the address at the time of delivery, Ninja Van will attempt to call the recipient. Recipients may choose to instruct drivers to leave parcels at location, at your own risk. Please provide the Security Code given in the Ninja SMS and inform the Driver where you would like the parcel left.
  3. If recipient cannot be contacted, Ninja will attempt to deliver the parcel another 2 times. If for whatever reasons, Ninja has attempted 3 deliveries and still failed, Ninja Van will proceed to return the parcel to TWO L(I)PS.

DUTIES, TAXES & OTHER FEES

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are specific to the destination country. Therefore, we do not know what the amount will be. Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package reaches the destination country. If the package is refused or returned to us, you will be responsible for any import taxes and/or return shipping costs incurred by TWO L(I)PS.

TWO L(I)PS does not ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels or PO Boxes.

 

LIABILITY FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILURE TO PAY DUTIES/TAXES:

Delivering your orders to you quickly is our priority, but we cannot offer order refunds to customers who provide incorrect address information or fail to pay their country's customs duties and/or taxes (if applicable to their order).
